Terms & Conditions – Private Therapy Clinic Ireland
Welcome to Private Therapy Clinic Ireland. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Appointment Reservations
When booking an appointment, you will be required to provide your card details. Your first payment will be taken immediately upon booking, securing your appointment.
- Your card details will be stored securely and used for future appointment payments, which will be processed on the morning of your scheduled session.
- If you prefer to pay in cash, you may do so at the end of your appointment; however, card details are still required to reserve your session.

- When an initial appointment is offered, we will hold the slot provisionally for 24 hours. If payment is not received within this time frame, the appointment will be released and offered to other clients.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
First Appointment
- Non-Refundable: The fee for your first appointment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your first appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will arrange a new date/time.
Subsequent Appointments
- Cancellations with More than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel an appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
- Practitioner Cancellations: If your practitioner cancels the appointment, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative appointment time.
Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period
- You have the right to cancel any future bookings within seven days of entering into a contract with us.
- If your scheduled appointment falls within this seven-day period, cancellation must still be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to receive a refund.
3. Payment Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these terms, “appointment” refers to individual therapy sessions, workshops, seminars, and psychological assessments.
- Payment is required in advance to secure your booking.
- Refunds or transfers are at the sole discretion of Private Therapy Clinic Ireland. We are under no obligation to offer a transfer or refund unless the conditions stated in the refund policy are met.
- All requests for cancellations, refunds, or transfers must be made in writing via email to info@privatetherapyclinic.com.
- Your credit card details are stored securely, and our team cannot see your full card information.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We take your privacy seriously. All personal and financial data is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- We will never share your details with third parties without your consent, except in cases where we are legally required to do so.
5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Private Therapy Clinic Ireland reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to existing clients.
